Mgr. Miroslav Kopeček

Miroslav Kopeček has been employed by Chrenek, Kotrba spol. s r.o. law office since 2010 and currently heads its Criminal Law Team. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University Olomouc in 2006 and has been registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 13010 since 2009. Within his law practice, Miroslav specialises particularly in the fields of criminal law, substantive civil law and procedure, personal data protection (GDPR) and legal aspects of free access to information. He is the manager of the Olomouc branch. Miroslav Kopeček is a member of the Czech Union of Defence Lawyers.
