Mgr. Marie Tomášková

Marie Tomášková has been employed by Advokátní kancelář Chrenek, Kotrba spol. s r.o. since 2016, first as a legal assistant, since 2018, as a trainee attorney-at-law and since 2021 as attorney-at-law; she is currently a member of the Private Law and Receivables Team. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University Olomouc in 2018 and has been registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 19952 since 2021. Within her legal practice, she specialises primarily in substantive civil law and procedure, with emphasis on contractual relationships and real estate law and restitutions (including church restitutions).
