Mgr. Marian Sikora

Marian Sikora has been employed by Advokátní kancelář Chrenek, Kotrba spol. s r.o. since 2008 and is currently a member of its Commercial Law Team. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2006 and has been registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 13184 since 2010. Within his field of specialisation, he focuses on private law and especially contractual and corporate matters. He also provides legal advice in the area of transformations of companies and their acquisitions. Within his practice, Marian Sikora focuses especially on the health care sector.
