Mgr. Jakub Harapát

Mgr. Jakub Harapát has been employed by Chrenek, Kotrba spol. s r.o. law office since 2017, first as a legal assistant and then, since 2019, as a trainee attorney-at-law and since 2023 as an attorney-at-law; he is a member of the Private Law Team. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2019 and since 2023 he is registered in the list attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 20805.  Within his legal practice, he specialises primarily in the areas of substantive civil law and procedure, particularly in the area of real estate, contractual relationships, litigation and labour law.
